Refund Policy

Return (if applicable):

We take pride in providing our customers with the freshest and highest-quality meat products. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict return policy to maintain hygiene standards and prevent food wastage.

Our policy allows returns only if you contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Any request made after this period will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be in the original, unopened packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Important Note:

Since we use a third-party delivery service, any return delivery charges will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the rider.

Due to health and safety concerns, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a genuine quality issue reported within the specified time.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
